development along Baja’s Nautical Ladder. Among the dignitaries present
were the Governor of the State of Baja, Lic. Eugeno Elorduy Walter, the
Mayor of Mexicali, CP Samuel Ramos Flores, the Secretary of Tourism,
Alejandro Moreno Medina, and the Undersecretary of Economic Promotion,
Mario Juarez.
